Website orders for ready-to-order cakes and treats are submitted through secure online checkout before the bakery starts processing them.

Custom cake inquiries are reviewed manually. Once the design and quote are approved, Betty's Cake can send a secure payment link for a 50% deposit or the full quoted amount, depending on the arrangement approved for your order.

DoorDash orders follow DoorDash's own checkout, payment, and support policies.

Please request changes as early as possible, especially for custom cakes that require design approval and production planning.

Deposits collected for approved custom cakes reserve production time and design work. Once that deposit is confirmed, it is generally non-refundable unless Betty's Cake cannot fulfill the order.

If you need to cancel or significantly change an order, contact the bakery directly so they can confirm what is still possible for your timeline.

Please review your order at pickup and follow any handling guidance provided by the bakery. Cakes are delicate and can be damaged by heat, tilting, or abrupt movement after handoff.

If there is an issue with the flavor or fulfillment of your order, contact Betty's Cake as soon as possible so the bakery can review it and make things right where appropriate.
